1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/receipts.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., beauty serums, e-liquids).
- Underwear, adult toys (hygiene reasons).
- Software, digital downloads.
2. How to Initiate a Return
1️⃣ Contact Support – Email returns@bestprice.ng with:
- Order number
- Product issue (defect/wrong item) + photo evidence
2️⃣ Get Approval – We’ll reply within 24 hours.
3️⃣ Ship It Back – Use our recommended courier (or drop off at our Lagos office).
3. Refund/Exchange Process
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days (original payment method).
- Exchanges: Shipped once defective item is received.
- Return Shipping Cost:
- Free if item is faulty/wrong.
- Customer’s responsibility if returning for other reasons.
